Chemistry read from every heat before pouring. If the alloy is out of range, the metal never reaches your shells.

Chemistry read from every heat before pouring. If the alloy is out of range, the metal never reaches your shells.

Dimensional verification against your drawing for first articles, periodic in-process checks and final release.

Pressure-carrying parts are tested to the pressure and medium you specify, so shrinkage porosity is caught in our plant rather than on your line.
| Incoming material | Raw alloy and casting materials checked against supplier certificates |
|---|---|
| Wax pattern | Visual and dimensional check, pattern weight monitored per shot |
| Shell | Coat count, drying time and shell condition confirmed before de-wax |
| Melt | Spectrometer analysis of every heat before pouring |
| Raw casting | Visual inspection for cold shut, inclusion and shrinkage; dimensional sampling |
| Machining | First-piece approval, in-process gauging, thread gauge check |
| Final | CMM report, leak test where applicable, surface and packing inspection |
A new part is not released to volume until you have signed off a physical sample and its dimensional report. That sample is produced on the same tooling and the same route as production, not hand-made in a sample room.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by SGS United Kingdom Ltd. The certificate covers manufacturing and processing of kitchen utensils, sanitary equipment, motor frames, elbows, stainless steel blanks, connectors, stainless steel water pipe valves and metal machinery spare parts.
